About this site
This site describes the construction of my 4mm scale narrow gauge railway models based on a proposed railway on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. I have researched the proposal and based my ideas on what might have been.
The other aspect of this site is to describe both proposed and constructed narrow gauge railways located in Scotland, and the research I have uncovered on these lesser known lines.
I occasionally describe places I’ve been, or things that I’ve enjoyed, but it all has a railway theme.

Making Waves
